Hey everyone!
After a smooth ride to the Newark airport (shout out to Bill Simons & Don Shedaker for giving us a lift), we sailed through security & boarded our flight to LAX. No turbulence but a 5.5 hrs flight found us in Los Angeles where we rented our vans & got settled in our hotel. We walked a bit around Korea-town and ate dinner at a phenomenal Chinese restaurant. As expected, Sammy Chon helped us navigate the menu & we filled the tiny joint with the sound of Elaine & Linda's laughter (& everyone else's too).
Now it's late & we are ready for a good sleep before tomorrow's adventures begin. Thanks for praying for us! Pictures coming tomorrow!

p.s. My mom arrived safely too, traveling from Indiana and meeting us in baggage claim. Thanks to everyone at Linton A/G who are praying with us & helped mom go on her first mission trip.
