Focus Topic: Preparation and Unity
Focus Scripture: “For just as we have many members in
one body and all the members do not have the same function, so we, who are
many, are one body in Christ, and individually members of one another.” (Romans 12:4-5)

Prayer: Father God, as Your children which You created, we all have unique abilities and gifts, and we thank You first for Your perfect will and purpose for our lives. We are many members of one team – help us to prepare our hearts and minds and bodies to be truly one in spirit and to be unified in our mission here in El Salvador. Some of us will be able to speak the language and share God’s love through words, others will minister through smiles, hugs, song and drama, giving of toys, and prayers for these precious families. No matter what we do individually, may we always focus on You and give You all the glory. Amen.

It is an honor and a privilege to pray for all of you as you serve as Christ's hands and feet in El Salvador. May our Lord reveal Himself to you in a very special way during the coming week. May You see His love and power at work through you, and may you marvel at the beauty of His Presence in your midst.
